‎“I have told you everything that God wants you to know. You who are leaders should be careful about how you live. Also take care of the group of people that the Holy Spirit has chosen you to lead. Keep them safe like shepherds who take care of their sheep. All the believers belong to God because his Son, Jesus, died for them. He bought them with his blood which poured out on the cross. I know that trouble will come to you after I leave. Bad people will come to teach you. They will cause trouble for the believers, like dangerous wild animals that attack sheep. Even men from your own group of believers will teach things that are not true. They want to deceive other believers, so that they leave you and join with them. So be very careful! For three years I taught you, in the day and in the night. I warned you to be careful, so that I even cried about it.” Acts 20:27-31 EASY

<span;>‎In this chapter, I will be discussing the diseases that affect the life, stability, growth and health of the local assembly or ministry. I would be tackling this matter from the perspective of diseases that affect the health of children, young adults and adults alike. Why? You might ask, the young-ness or old-ness of a ministry, will often determine the peculiarities of diseases, viruses and infections that would try to attach themselves to the health of a ministry, to cripple it, make it sick and if possible kill it eventually.

<span;>‎In our opening text, the Apostle Paul in his nal farewell to his members and leaders, mentioned and emphasized the fact that there will be and there are factors that have the potential of causing heavy problems to the ministry and local assembly, up to the point of making people leave the ministry. These issues are always a possibility, however, there is something known as immunization and this has been used to help combat the viral diseases that have caused such great death to children, affected their adolescence and imbedded their adulthood. We will nd out more about this issue soon.

<span;>‎HOW IT RELATES TO YOUR MINISTRY When it comes to the work of the ministry, it is important that you see ministry as fragile in its infancy stage and do all you can do to protect it. There are little mistakes that you might assume don’t matter, there are few mistakes that you might even overlook, yet, down the line, they have caused more damage to the overall establishment of the work God has entrusted into your hands. This is the reason why this chapter is being written.

<span;>‎Children born into healthy conditions still suffer immensely, due to the environment they were born into and many die, either through the lack of basic health care or even ignorance on the side of people who ought to know better. Likewise, the work you do for the Lord is great, yet, it is still a work you have to tend to with great care in its fragile stage.

<span;>‎When I say the fragile stage, it starts from 0 to 10 years. A lot can happen that could kill, cripple or scatter the work. This is the main reason for spiritual and ministerial immunizations.

<span;>‎There are ministerial sicknesses and viruses you will step into once you commence ministry work, you don’t have to do anything in particular to incur it, just be within its jurisdiction, and without basic ministry health care and immunizations, it would greatly affect your ministry.

<span;>‎This is the more reasons why you attend ministry seminars, read books, go on retreats,  submit under a genuine father, correct your errors and overcome your weaknesses in the ministry.

<span;>‎My friends, ministry is mysterious, ministry is spiritual, ministry is supernatural, ministry demands a high level of accuracy, ministry demands care and sensitivity without which;

<span;>‎Many have lost their calling.

<span;>‎Many have lost their candle stick.

<span;>‎Many have lost their placement.

<span;>‎Many have lost their message.

<span;>‎Many have lost their voice.

<span;>‎Many have lost their identity.
