FOR THE GOD OF THIS WORLD HAS BLINDED THE UNBELIEVERS’ MINDS [THAT THEY SHOULD NOT DISCERN THE TRUTH], PREVENTING THEM FROM SEEING THE ILLUMINATING LIGHT OF THE GOSPEL OF THE GLORY OF CHRIST (THE MESSIAH), Who is the Image and Likeness of God.”

Taking territories is a battle for the souls of men, Taking Territory Through Soul Winning. The most important and eternally critical battle we have been called to engage in is the battle to translate men out of the kingdom of darkness into God’s marvelous light. In fact, the only reason why territory taking is a battle is because the god of this world is bent on keeping men in his domain, he is not willing to let them go, this is the main reason we are called into the work of the ministry; it is to fight for the souls of men by leading them to the foot of the cross to meet their Savior and true lord.
If this aim is missing or ignored, we are automatically out of the battle and we have being deceived or sidetracked with another battle which is just a cheap alternative to our eternal and glorious mission on earth. Many people don’t know the warfare that goes into soul winning, they assume it is just evangelism as usual, yet we are in the most fierce part of the battlefield, that is the most part being guarded by intense demonic principalities and powers.
I remember a lady evangelist who assumed morning cry evangelistic style was just fun, went out one Sunday morning and while she was passionately preaching, she suddenly lost her voice, fell and collapsed, by the time they brought her to church, she had completely gone dumb and unable to stand: she was completely paralyzed. Winning souls is no mere play, it’s serious business.

When it seems that with every attempt we make to see people saved and come to the knowledge of God’s word, yet the more we try the harder they resist, and the more obscure it seems our messages and teachings are, this is the point we move our strategy from human to spiritual, from diplomatic to warfare prayers. Satan will continue to blindfold, misdirect, confuse, stop and even irritate people from hearing and making a decision for Christ, Taking Territory Through Soul Winning.
At this point, serious intercession must be done. it is not only powers from one’s father’s house that need contention, soul winning is even more serious than that. If you will see genuine repentance you must pray intense spiritual warfare prayers, restricting and limiting Satan, binding his activities from the lives and hearts of people, and giving such people their free will without hindering influences trying to stop and confuse them from receiving the glorious truth that saves, heals and delivers!
